William December “Billy Dee” Williams Jr. (born April 6th, 1937) is an American actor, artist and singer who has also appeared in other critically acclaimed films like “Brian’s Song” (1971), “Lady Sings the Blues” (1972), “Mahogany” (1975), “Nighthawks” (1981) and “Batman” (1989) in which he portrayed Harvey Dent.

Some of Williams’ recurring television work includes shows like “Dynasty” (1984-1985), “18 Wheels of Justice” (2000-2001), “General Hospital: Night Shift” (2007-2008), “General Hospital” (2009), “Titan Maximum” (2009) and “Diary of a Single Mom” (2009-2011).
