Jeremy Shada — ‘Lance’ in the hit Netflix series “Voltron: Legendary Defender” and ‘Finn the Human’ from “Adventure Time” — discusses his characters, his career and answers fan questions at his 2018 Fan Expo Canada Q&A panel in Toronto.

Jeremy Shada (born January 21st, 1997) is an American actor, voice actor, singer and musician. He is also known for starring as various characters in the sketch-comedy series “Incredible Crew” and performing as the bass player and secondary vocalist in the rock band “Make Out Monday.”

“Voltron: Legendary Defender” is an animated web television series produced by DreamWorks Animation Television and World Events Productions, and animated by Studio Mir in South Korea. It is a reboot of Japanese anime series “Beast King GoLion” and the Voltron franchise, and its animation is a mix of anime-influenced traditional animation for characters and background and CGI for Voltron action sequences. “Voltron: Legendary Defender” is set in a science fiction universe where planetary energy called “quintessence” can be used to power vehicles and magic. The series follows the adventures of the Paladins of Voltron who must learn to work together to form the giant robot Voltron and use it to defeat the evil Galra Empire.
