Power Rangers’ Karan Ashley, David Fielding, Austin St. John & Walter E. Jones at Montreal Comiccon 2019

“Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” stars Karan Ashley, David Fielding, Austin St. John and Walter E. Jones — AKA: Yellow Ranger Aisha Campbell, Zordon, Red/Gold Ranger Jason Lee Scott and Black Ranger Zack Taylor — reunite onstage to reminisce about the show, discuss their careers, share behind-the-scenes stories and answers fan questions at their 2019 Montreal Comiccon Q&A panel.

Karan Ashley (born September 28th, 1975) is an American actress who portrayed ‘Aisha Campbell’ the second Yellow Ranger for 65 episodes in seasons 2 and 3 of “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” (1994-1996), in “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie” (1995) and 2 episodes of “Power Rangers HyperForce” (2017-2018). Beyond Power Rangers, she was a member of the short-lived girl group K.R.U.S.H. who contributed a song to the soundtrack of “Mo’ Money” (1992). Karan also had a recurring role on the TV series “Boston Common” (1996-2002) and made several guest appearances on shows like “Kenan & Kel” (1999), “The Steve Harvey Show” (1999–2000), “The Parkers” (2000), “One on One” (2002) and “Class Dismissed” (2016).

David Fielding voiced ‘Zordon’ in season 1 of “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” in 1993, and although there was a change in voice actors, his likeness remained in use throughout the show. His voice was heard in the “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” (1994) Sega CD video game, and in other popular PC video games of the day including “Empire Earth” (2001) and “Dungeon Siege: Legends of Aranna” (2003).

Austin St. John (born Jason Geiger on September 17th, 1974) is an American actor and martial artist who portrayed ‘Jason Lee Scott’ the first Red Ranger, later the second Gold Ranger, in 79 episodes of “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” (1993-94), 17 episodes of “Power Rangers: Zeo” (1996), “Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie” (1997) and 1 episode of “Power Rangers: Wild Force” (2002). Power Rangers aside, he has appeared in independent films with titles like “Exposé” (1998) and “Monsters at Large” (2018).

Walter Emanuel Jones (born November 30th, 1970) is an American actor, martial artist and dancer who portrayed ‘Zack Taylor’ the Black Ranger in 81 episodes of the hit TV series “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” (1993-1994), ‘Nightmare’ in 1 episode of “Power Rangers Lost Galaxy” (1999) and ‘Gerrok’ in 1 episode of “Power Rangers Wild Force” (2002). Outside of the realm of Power Rangers, he also had recurring roles on TV shows like “Malibu Shores” (1996), “Space Cases” (1996-1997), “Moesha” (2001), “Spyder Games” (2001) and “The Shield” (2002-2003). Walter’s film credits include “Backyard Dogs” (2000), “The Skeleton Key” (2005), “House of the Dead 2” (2005), “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift” (2006) and “Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping” (2016). He’s even lent voice talent to movies including “Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer” (2007), “Primeval” (2007), “Post Grad” (2009), “Warrior” (2011), “Chronicle” (2012), “The Brothers Grimsby” (2016), and animated films such as “Open Season 2” (2008) and “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2” (2013).
